Location: Hong Kong Dates : 12th - 14th of September, 2025 This event, organized by AcroMongolia, will feature two exclusive workshops led by Lkhagva Ochir Erdene Ochir (known as Ochir) in Hong Kong. It will be held at Dee Dream Life, Central, located in Hong Kong Central from the 12th to the 14th of September. Join us for a calm yet challenging training experience to elevate your handstand technique under Ochir’s expert guidance. What you will get: • Handstand foundations & progressions • Alignment & technique refinement • Handstand movement • Balance drills and strength conditioning • Personal feedback and corrections • Handstand one arm • Handstand press Workshops Overview Location: DEE DREAM LIFE • Handstand Workshop: 3 days × 3 hours per day (total 9 hours). 12th September : 6pm - 9pm 13th September : 9am - 12pm 14th September : 9am - 12pm Early bird pricing is available until 3 months before each workshop’s start date. The refund policy allows for a full refund up to 30 days before the first training day. All instruction will be in English.
