Mongolia is a vast and beautiful country in East and Central Asia, known for its stunning steppes, rugged mountains, and rich nomadic heritage. It is the birthplace of the great Khan Chinggis, one of the most powerful and influential leaders in world history. This is the land where the Mongol Empire began—once the largest contiguous empire the world has ever seen. Mongolian culture is deeply rooted in traditions of horseback riding, throat singing, and a strong connection to nature.

Restaurant
At Yeruu Lodge, we offer two restaurants. Our main dining area provides a mix of local and international dishes. At the main restaurant you can enjoy the panoramic view over the river and mountains. The Bistro is open during high season and during special events. We aim to provide you with one of Mongolia's best culinary experiences featuring a well-composed menu, naturally adjusted based on the season and the quality ingredients available to us. Everything is prepared with a passion for good food and a top quality dining experience

How do I get to Yeruu lodge
Participants are responsible for arranging their transportation to Yeruu Lodge. We offer assistance in organizing the following options:
• Private Transfer: A direct transfer from Ulaanbaatar's Chinggis Khaan
International Airport to Yeruu Lodge can be arranged at an additional cost. Prices typically range between $200 to $400 USD or more, depending on vehicle type and availability.
• Group Transfer: Join our group transfer from Ulaanbaatar to Yeruu Lodge for $70
USD per person. We'll meet at a designated point in the city and travel together by bus.
• Independent Travel: You may also choose to travel independently:
• Train: Trains from Ulaanbaatar to Orkhon Station operate twice daily. The journey takes approximately 7.5 to 8 hours, with ticket prices ranging from $3 to $14 USD, depending on the class.
Upon arrival at Orkhon Station, Yeruu Lodge can arrange a pickup transfer for a small additional fee (approx $15 USD) https://eticket.ubtz.mn/
• Car Rental: Driving from Ulaanbaatar to Yeruu Lodge is an option. The distance is approximately 320 km, and the journey takes around 4.5 hours.

Where is the retreat held?The retreat takes place at Yeruu Lodge, a high-end eco-lodge nestled in the wild north of Mongolia. Guests stay in beautiful, traditional yurts, with access to a main lodge featuring modern comforts and a sauna.

Will I have free time?Yes. The schedule includes dedicated free time for sauna, horse riding, rest, or simply enjoying the natural surroundings.

How many people will be there?The group will be intentionally small. Final capacity will depend on the level and experience of those who register to ensure each participant receives individual attention from Ochir.

Can I come alone? Or with someone who won’t participate in the training?Yes to both. Many guests come solo, and it’s a great opportunity for personal focus and reflection. You’re also welcome to bring a partner or family member who won’t join the training but wishes to enjoy the setting and the retreat lifestyle.

What should I pack?Once you register, we’ll send a detailed packing list. In the meantime, we recommend: Comfortable training clothes Warm layers (Mongolian evenings can be cool, even in summer) Lightweight jacket or windbreaker Swimwear for the sauna Sunscreen, insect repellent, and any personal care items Sturdy shoes for walking or light hiking Any supplements, snacks, or specific gear you like to train with

What’s the price and cancellation policy?A non-refundable deposit of $800 USD is required to reserve your spot. Full payment is due one month before the retreat begins. Please note: the retreat is non-refundable, so we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
